- To pave the rural road and feeder road in the irrigation area together with access road in the project area
- To line the bottom and slope of reservoir, river and irrigation canal as a preventive measure for leakage
- To pave the parking yard of cars as well as paddock for the horse race and cow breeding
- To improve the weaken foundation of structures in order to strengthen bearing capacity
